The Gnostic Wholistic Festival opens the doors to the public at 9h30 am sharp. Time slots will be available from 10am on Friday 30 June, Saturday 1 July and Sunday 2 July.

Procedures: T’s & C’s
All applications to participate in GWF 2017 will be evaluated by the organisers, and will be carefully selected for approval in terms of the criteria of the specific ethos upheld by the Festival. Once we have approved your application, an invoice will be sent to you with our banking details.
PAYMENT: We require payment and proof of payment within 48 hours, or your booking will automatically fall away AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-APPLY. Any position or time slots that were requested previously will be lost. Please email proof of payment to: email@example.com
IMPORTANT: USE YOUR NAME OR YOUR ORGINISATION’S / BUSINESS’S NAME AS REFERENCE SO WE ARE ABLE TO LOCATE YOUR PAYMENT ON OUR BANK STATEMENT.
CASH DEPOSITS: will be accepted. You will need pay an additional R30 to cover bank charges.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS: If for some reason you cannot attend the Gnostic Wholistic Festival after making payment, it is up to you and/or the Vendor/Service Provider to sell your site/spot (providing the stall/products/services comply with the standards and criteria of the Gnostic Wholistic Festival). All re-sales must be approved by the Organisers.
The Organisers reserve the right to re-sell any sites/spots at the festival if paid-up vendors fail to show for their allocated setup times between 11am on Wednesday 28 June & from 9am – 2pm on 29 June 2017.
All sites/spots must be set up and ready for inspection by 4pm on Thursday 29 June 2017 ALL FLOORS WILL BE LOCKED AND THE VENUE WILL CLOSE AT 5PM SHARP. ___________________________________________________________________
Doors will open to the Public at 9.30am on Friday 30 June 2017.
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT THEIR ALLOCATED AREAS WITH PRODUCTS & SPACE SET UP BY 9AM ON FRIDAY 30 JUNE 2017. (We reserve the right to impose certain penalties on stalls that are not staffed/set up).
ALL TRADERS MUST REMAIN SET UP AND HAVE REPRESENTATION AT THEIR ALLOCATED SITES FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE FESTIVAL (FRI 8AM – 6PM; SAT 8AM – 6PM; AND SUN 8AM – 5 PM).
NO DISMANTLING OR REMOVING OF ANY STALLS / PRODUCTS / GOODS WILL BE ALLOWED PRIOR TO THE OFFICIAL CLOSING OF THE GNOSTIC WHOLISTIC FESTIVAL.
The entire venue must be cleared and your area cleaned by noon (12pm) Monday 3 July 2017. The Concourse, Disa, Pocket Power and Somerset Rooms must be cleared and cleaned on the evening of 2 July to enable Kenilworth Racecourse to prepare for another function happening on 4 July. All traders will be responsible for dismantling, clearing and cleaning up their sites/spots before leaving. _____________________________________________________________________
Final Material cut-off date:
All applicants for speaker slots, demos, entertainments, Experts, those taking the Body and Mind Advertising option, and the Venue TV screens that will be displayed around the venue, please provide Full Company / Product / Personal Name, logo & all contact details on or before 12 noon on the cut-off date of 29 May 2017.
The design and layout of the Gnostic Wholistic Festival Programme will be finalised and sent to the printers on Monday 5 June.Any details for our programme / list of Participants not received by 12 noon on the cut-off date of 5 June 2017 will not be included.
Any products, special offers, discounts, samples or pamphlets you wish to put in our free gift / goody bags, must be received by Friday 2 June 2017. __________________________________________________________________________
For every 5 tables booked and paid, the 6th table will be offered to a community based or charity organisation to exhibit, selling their products to raise funds. For every 5 speakers booked and paid, we will offer a slot of 15 min to a charity organisation to speak about their organisation. The Gnostic Wholistic Festival will donate R15 per ticket sold / per head to charities of their choice. ______________________________________________________________________
